8/5/2023 0 Comments Fallout 4 dlc not a bsa file![]() ![]() Steam does not recognize that I have it, but it says it's installed within the game so what I think what happened was that I got onto my alt account and was able to get the dlc onto my computer from his account (even though I didn't download jack), played a bit, saved, signed out of my alt account, went back on my main account, and though steam says I don't have it, the game recognizes that I do actually. ![]() What I mean by that, is that you don't need to download the DLC if it's already installed on their game, which is weird.Īlso UPDATE: I just got onto this account on fallout 4 just to make sure about the dlc not being on there, and turns out, now I have the DLC. Actually, with Fallout 4 (for some reason), you do not download them. Turns out that if you have the game yourself, you will not get the shared dlc, but as long as you DO NOT have the game yourself, you will get all of their dlc It's because the dlc is binded to the account that owns it and anyone that shares their copy, since you dont own the game and you're using "their" copy, the dlc is able to be downloaded.
